My Approach to Employment Contracts
When we sit down to discuss your employment contract, I need to get background information on your current or former employment, and any agreements that may currently be in place. If there is an agreement in place, I will explain in lay terms what the agreement requires and what the impact of the agreement may be. If you are leaving the company, and a severance agreement has been offered, further discussion is required as there may be other issues underlying why you are leaving or why you have been asked to leave.
