Many of my clients are Washtenaw County residents. However, many clients are also out-of-state residents, University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University alumni or parents, relatives and friends of UM and EMU students. At the time of arrest, many clients are in town for UM Football Saturday, basketball or other sports events when there is increased enforcement by the City of Ann Arbor and University of Michigan police.
