Dispute mechanisms that seek common ground and focus more centrally than litigation does on negotiation and mediation often produce an optimal legal result that can also be more cost effective and efficient for a client. Conversely, clients in certain instances are well served by my background as a former prosecutor commanding substantial trial experience in criminal matters and as a litigator in labor and civil cases. Where amicable resolution is not possible, or the evidence and law make a trial the most logical venue for resolving a legal mater, clients will find me to be a thoroughly prepared and forceful advocate for their best interests.
